I ♥ Faces - Dramatic B&W

This weeks theam at I hart Faces is Dramatic Black and Whites. I have never done much with black and whites, not doing much isn't realy right ither, but I wanted to see what I could find. While looking through photos, i found this one, taken in color back in september 2006, while my and my dad went for a walk with my grandmother. She had a bad childhood and this is where she sat to eat her lunch, during school time. When I saw this one I knew it would make a good b&w. Though I still need to work out how to use photoshop and try black and whites.

This is the first time i have had a go playing around with somthing like this. How do you do it? I can find so many ways on google, I use photoshop 6.

I ♥ Faces - Fix It Fridays #48

Fridays is fix it day over at I ♥ Faces. How it works, they give you a photo this week caming from Natalie P, you then take the Original Photo and eidit it the way you like it. Now I am new to eiditing and am using photoshop 6 and also a free easy eidting program called Shutterfly studio.  Since I am still playing around and getting to know the photoshop I don't realy remember what I do to get to the end. I think i shoudl start writing down steep by steep what I do so some nice people can tell me how to get there easer or faster.

Not that they look too deffernt, but there are a few littel things. I tryed to get more borwn out of her eyes on the second one. All in all I don't think they are too bad. Thanks to all the other people over at I ♥ Faces, for giving me ideas and making it easer for me to eidet my photos. I am realy injoying this sight and hoping to lurn alot more. This weeks theam was Angles. Me and my kids went to the zoo, this is what i came home with.

My son climbing through a tunnal, i had the camara on the ground laying down. I just love how his toung is hanging out. Its his new thing.
